  • With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from Tantacoat eShop.

  • If you've used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.

  • If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy.

Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide.

International customers, please email inquiries to service@tantacoat.com for shipping charge.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within one to three business days after order. Time in transit for ground shipping is 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are located.

How is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail.

What are my shipping charges?

Flat rate $5.50 per package within the U.S..

 

How do I track my order?

On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Time in transit for shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located.

 

 

Return

What if I need to return my order?

  • Any of our items can be returned within 10 days (include weekends) of receipt.
  • Item must be in its' original packaging and unused condition.
  • Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

What if my order is damaged or missing?

Please contact us if any of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded.
